1 Enrollment & Registration

To enroll in any course at Ria Data Analytics, you must:

  • Complete the registration form with accurate information
  • Meet the minimum eligibility criteria for the selected course
  • Provide valid government-issued ID proof
  • Complete the payment process as specified
  • Agree to these Terms & Conditions
Minimum Age Requirement

Students must be at least 18 years old to enroll in our courses. For students between 16-18 years, parental consent is required.

We reserve the right to reject any application without providing a reason. Enrollment is confirmed only after receipt of full payment or first installment as applicable.

2 Fees & Payment

Course Fees

Course fees are published on our website and are subject to change without prior notice. Fees include training, study materials, and certification.

Payment Methods

We accept payments via bank transfer, UPI, credit/debit cards, and cash. Installment options are available for selected courses.

Installment Plans

For installment plans, students must complete all payments before the course completion date. Late payments may result in suspension of course access.

3 Attendance & Conduct

Students are expected to:

  • Maintain minimum 80% attendance for certification eligibility
  • Arrive on time for all sessions
  • Complete assignments and projects as required
  • Maintain professional conduct in the classroom
  • Respect fellow students and faculty members
Disciplinary Action

We reserve the right to take disciplinary action, including dismissal from the course, for:

  • Disruptive behavior in class
  • Plagiarism in assignments
  • Harassment of any kind
  • Damage to institute property
4 Course Materials

All course materials provided by Ria Data Analytics are:

  • For personal educational use only
  • Copyright protected
  • Not to be shared, distributed, or sold
  • Subject to updates and revisions
Software Requirements

Students are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary software and hardware requirements for the course. We provide guidance but not software licenses.

5 Certification

Certification is awarded based on:

  • Minimum 80% attendance
  • Successful completion of assignments
  • Passing the final assessment
  • Payment of all course fees

Awarded to students who successfully complete all course requirements.

Performance Certificate

Awarded to students who achieve exceptional performance (above 85%).

Duplicate Certificates

Duplicate certificates can be issued on request with a nominal processing fee. Allow 15 working days for certificate issuance.

6 Cancellation & Refund

Our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:

Cancellation by Student
  • 7+ days before course start: 90% refund
  • 3-7 days before course start: 50% refund
  • Less than 3 days before course start: No refund
  • After course commencement: No refund
Cancellation by Institute

If we cancel a course for any reason, students will receive:

  • Full refund of course fees
  • Option to transfer to another batch
  • Written notification at least 3 days in advance

Refunds are processed within 15 working days from the cancellation date.

7 Placement Assistance

Our placement assistance includes:

  • Resume building workshops
  • Interview preparation sessions
  • Job referral to partner companies
  • Career counseling
Important Note

Placement assistance is provided as a support service. We do not guarantee job placement. Final selection depends on the candidate's performance and employer requirements.

To be eligible for placement assistance, students must:

  • Complete the course successfully
  • Maintain good academic record
  • Attend all placement preparation sessions
  • Clear all pending fees
8 Liability & Limitations

Ria Data Analytics is not liable for:

  • Job placement or salary guarantees
  • Individual learning outcomes
  • Technical issues with student equipment
  • Changes in software industry requirements
  • Personal injuries on premises (except due to our negligence)
Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, or government actions.

9 Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in course materials, including:

  • Training content and presentations
  • Study materials and handouts
  • Assignments and projects
  • Software and tools developed by us

are owned by Ria Data Analytics. Students may use these materials for personal learning only.

Prohibited Activities

Students are prohibited from:

  • Recording classes without permission
  • Sharing course materials with non-students
  • Using our content for commercial purposes
  • Reverse engineering any software provided
